Amina Khan (Fitness Instructor Specialist) 

Amina Khan is currently pursuing her Ph.D. degree in Health Psychology at Walden University. She is a Certified Fitness Instructor and Founder of Amanah Fitness. She was recently named Canada's Top Fitness Professional of the Year. Thousands of Muslims around the world have used her popular online home workout videos and Amanah Bootcamp program. Amina’s mission is to improve health in the Muslim community after her own 60-pound weight loss journey through simple & effective at-home nutrition and exercise programs of the highest quality!

YaQutullah Ibrahim MS, RDN LD (Registered Dietitian)

YaQutullah Ibrahim MS, RDN LD has a Masters degree in Health Sciences and Nutrition from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a member of Muslims in Dietetics and Nutrition (MIDAN) of the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is certified in adult weight management. She loves helping Muslims find their healthiest best selves in the kitchen! 

Amina Al-Saigh (Food Blogger & Photographer)

Amina is the cook and photographer behind the food blog Hungry Paprikas. She is a wife, mother of 2 and an Engineer. Through her blog, she aims to share easy and delicious recipes for the everyday busy mom.
